Package: angband Version: 1:3.0.6-4 Severity: important When upgrading, I get the following:
Preparing to replace angband 1:3.0.3-1 (using .../angband_1%3a3.0.6-4_i386.deb) ... /var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci/preinst: line 115: test: too many arguments cp: target `/var/games/angband/apex/scores.raw' is not a directory dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/angband_1%3a3.0.6-4_i386.deb (--unpack): subprocess pre-installation script returned error exit status 1 Further inspection shows that /var/lib/games/angband/apex is empty, and that that results in cascading failure when wildcard expansion of "/var/lib/games/angband/apex/*" fails. (Also, I find the lack of filename quoting rather concerning.) I believe this bug is distinct from #374580.
