What a surprise. Then this is wrong, as there is a lot more:

SYNOPSIS
       lshal [--monitor]

say

       lshal [options]

And reading the below, nobody would guess that --help would give more:

OPTIONS
       These  programs  follow the usual GNU command line syntax, with long 
options starting
       with two dashes (`-').  A summary of options is included below.

       -h, --help
              Show summary of options.

       --monitor
              If this option is given then the device list and all devices are 
monitored for
              changes.

Indeed, one would think one would get more out of the man page than
the --help page unless the man page says there is MORE on the --help page.
