We're talking of 310kb here. No, I'm not going to remove the dependencies
for this, in particular when acpi-support already takes more than twice
this size.

We have scripts that use those tools, so it's logical to depend on them.

There's the case where you take your harddrive out and put it in a new
laptop. There's also a potential problem with CD building, without the
depends we might provide acpi-support without those important packages
on some incomplete CD set.

Thus tagging wontfix.
