For a while now rendering of almost all 3D applications is garbaged and makes them unusable. To get an idea of what I am talking about have a look at the following screenshots: 1) epsxe <http://download.noctus.net/gallery/caps/rendering_garbage_0.jpg> <http://download.noctus.net/gallery/caps/rendering_garbage_1.jpg> 2) Supertux <http://download.noctus.net/gallery/caps/rendering_garbage_2.jpg> 3) Warzone 2100 <http://download.noctus.net/gallery/caps/rendering_garbage_3.jpg> <http://download.noctus.net/gallery/caps/rendering_garbage_4.jpg> You can clearly see that there are a lot of artifacts and glitches and the window flickers. Since I’m not sure which could be the cause of this, I would appreciate every hint. As the topic says, I’m using the r300 driver on a Radeon 9600, direct rendering enabled and working. The preferred rendering method is EXA and the Composite extension is enabled. So far I did not have any trouble with this, but recently those rendering bugs popped up. Please ask if you need more information. I’d really like to get this fixed. - -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-4-k7 Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to de_DE.UTF-8) -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFF00HeYfUFJ3ewsJgRAoGMAJ44Am6aNC2AEUCT6eQHNCymkUZQpgCglAd2 te654DL/s31tZgdViDH1ZQg= =2784 -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
