It's been a while since I run to a site than requires newer flash than 7 from flashplayer-mozilla so I thought to give a shot to flashplugin-nonfree and it works finally :) I also did some testing, opened in tabs simultaneously 29 sites many times, no problem, same speed as with flashplayer-mozilla.......... thanks again guys, really pleased :)
