Seriously, the warning message you've pasted is referring to *three* oversized messages, one of size 269541 and two of size 269542, and apparently two others of the latter size have already been warned about earlier in the warning interval. Fetchmail 6.3.8 makes this clear by writing "1 message", "2 messages", "5 messages"... and thereabouts. This alone doesn't look like a bug to me at any rate.
