The planned NMU's for l10n updates are essentially aimed at fixing *pending* bug reports, so they use a very short period of time, which ould make calls for translation updates pointless, ecept for very fast translators (those I ping on IRC currently). So, I prefer not sending such call for translations, also because I'm doing a *lot* of such updates, which would clutter up debian-i18n. I prefer reserving the call for updates to cases which really deserve it.
