Actually, this can be done by doing the following:

- Change the template for the new wording
- Put all PO files in debian/po (in case some are pending in the BTS)
- Run debconf-updatepo
- Then:

cd debian/po
mkdir NEW
for i in `\ls -1 *.po` ; do
  msgattrib --clear-fuzzy $i >NEW/$i
  mv NEW/$i $i
done
rmdir NEW


This can be done for smsclient because all translations are complete
before the change. The Portuguese and Vietnamese translations have 1
fuzzy string but that string can indeed be unfuzzied anyway.
