Package: iceweasel Version: 2.0.0.2+dfsg-1 Severity: minor It used to be if you had an iceweasel instance open and you clicked the starter in the menu, that it would open a new window instead of a new tab, even if you had 'open links in new tab' set in your options. This behaviour has changed in one of the latest updates. It now always opens in a new tab. Thus the behaviour of running the iceweasel script with no arguments has changed.
It seems to me that this is a regression. If you have a firefox instance open and you are on the workspace where you have it open you can simply use ctrl-T or file->open new tab to get another open tab. However, if you are on another workspace the old behaviour would get you a new window for that workspace, while the new behaviour requires you to find your firefox/iceweasel instance, hit ctrl-N, drag this instance to the other workspace and switch back.
