Hi, note that the ldaptor NMU 0.0.43-0.4 is not based on this patch. Maybe Jaakko (the NMUer) can comment on potential drawbacks of the patch. I have the impression that Pierre's patch contains valid packaging improvements, su I'm leaving this bug open.
