SUGGESTION

Please explain what is the syntax of this file briefly. Like adding
notice:

   You can settings listed in VARIABLE REFERENCE to this
   file using notation "set <variable> <value>". This file
   is automatically created if you use any "set" commands
   inside ncftp prompt.
