Joey, This has been fixed in r467 upstream. In this version you will be able to configure your /etc/backup.d/sys to have "dosfdisk = no" to stop sfdisk from doing this, hwinfo will run with the -disk option if "partitions = yes". If you don't want to wait for this to be fixed in the package, you can set in your /etc/backup.d/sys the option "partitions = no" and you wont get this sfdisk error (but hwinfo -disk will still be run).
