Package: socat
Version: 1.4.3.1-1
Severity: normal

given this command :

echo "" | socat - openssl:remote:443,capath=/etc/ssl/certs

I would expect socat to terminate after 0.5 second but it doesn't.
Or I have misunderstood something ?
