Hi, Would you happen to have (preferably not very large, although it's better if they use more special features of the format like comment fields etc.) example images in the read-only formats? So far I've only tried to attack those formats that have read-write support.
Also more exotic examples of the read-write formats are welcome, I can
try to break these too :)
In case you are interested, so far my attacks aren't more
sophisticated than doing random things to break healthy files and
running im/gm against them. Also I have hacked some libraries (zlib,
libpng) to ignore user-supplied checksums which the attacker could
calculate anyway, but I haven't found any bugs using them yet.
