Well, as a workaround the one in the bug report disabling Message-ID munging completely works. Backporting the upstream fix to only add to existing headers would also do the job. As I said in my e-mail last week the upstream fix would ideally be combined with a change to attempt to munge either spelling of the header. -- "You grabbed my hand and we fell into it, like a daydream - or a fever."
