But aptitude *DOESN'T* retrieve bug reports to packages. It can't. It has no code to retrieve bug reports. This might be a good idea for the future, but unless you're using a copy of aptitude that fell out of a time vortex, it's not happening in aptitude. :-) This is not my bug -- which is fine, we all file bug reports in the wrong place sometimes, but I don't know whose it is and we can't get it fixed until that's explained. Since it seems to be some part of the installer, I'll reassign it to the installer and hope someone over there has a clue what's going on, 'cos I sure don't.
