Hello,
in the postinst "libtowitoko2.postinst" there are the lines:

if [ -x /etc/init.d/pcscd ]; then
/etc/init.d/pcscd restart-if-running 3>/dev/null
fi
----
"restart-if-running" is not (any longer?) known by /etc/init.d/pcscd, so
the postinst fails. Please change to "/etc/init.d/pcscd restart" or
something like that.
