Removed build-dep on linux-kernel-headers

From: Petr Salinger
the current version has unsatisfied Build-Depends on linux-kernel-headers
under non-linux ports.
This package builds fine on GNU/kFreeBSD without linux-kernel-headers
installed.
Please, could you drop this linux specific package from Build-Depends.
On Linux ports linux-kernel-headers is already pulled in by build-essential
package.
