Bug#311652: Any progress?

This bug bit me this week as AOL email got greylisted with the server  
listed in the whitelist-hosts file. Any progress on MTA-ing this?

Note that the original report has incorrect masks:
207.171.168     # Amazon.com

should be

207.171.168.0/24 # Amazon.com

(and not /16, which is only the first two octets).
