At least the rationale is wrong. It fails due to some bugs in the mips
asm support.

I have a half-baked patch for sbcl which improves the situation for
mips/mipsel and asked the new maintainer for help with the lisp-specific
parts. I haven't got a reply yet. With my patch, sbcl builds but
segfaults on startup due to a null pointer in the lisp engine.
