After closer inspection, we can't fully fix it in g-v-m as hal misses some of
the heeded information. 

So we decided that the best work-around for now is to set the volume.ignore 
flag again for non-removable crypto volumes. Which means that they go back to
pre -7 hal behaviour.

The g-v-m fix still has it's value for removable crypto volumes, but it's not
release-critical and not a regression with regard to hal < -7..
