Oh, and reading the package changelog is useless in this case for issues
which were embargoed.

The DSA went out on 20:13 o'clock and your bugreport was sent 22:58
o'clock.
And the DSA doesn mention etch and sid.
And libwpd 0.8.7-6 propagated from testing-security even arrived in
incoming *before* you filed the bug (ACCEPTED at  20:17 o'clock)

Everything also happenened more than 2:30 hours before you filed you bug
(and if you look at the changelog the packages were prepared earlier).

It *really* would make sense if you would not only check packages.d.o or
some random changelog but also for DSAs and uploads, especially for
to-then embargoed issues. Thanks.
