Package: libsmbios-bin

Hello,
There have been a bunch of release of libsmbios upstream.
The last one has been announced last tuesday [1] (boasting support in
fedora).
There are some new utilites for laptop users in there. See [2].
Might be nice to see a refresh of debian package... when you feel like
it.
