Package: seahorse
Version: 0.9.7-1
Severity: important
Both gnupg-agent and seahorse are being started via the System Xsession
scripts; the both have startup snippets in /etc/X11/Xsession.d/:
60seahorse
90gpg-agent
When the user logs in, seahorse complains about an 'incompatible' gpg
agent running and panics. This causes an immediate abort of the Xsession
script, so the user is unable to login at all.
This has been solved locally by truncating
/etc/X11/Xsession.d/{60seahorse,90gpg-agent} to 0 bytes.
about the severity, I'm not sure why this didn't happen before, so I set
it to important, but not being able to login, I'd consider as critical
(for me at least ;)
