The version in sarge has:
/etc/interfaces/if-up.d/ntp-server

The version in etch has:
/etc/network/if-up.d/ntp

I don't think there ever was an "/etc/network/interfaces/if-up.d".

Note that dpkg renames config files for various reasons at different
times, specially in case it has been edited.

Does this cause any problems?
