Package: laptop-mode-tools Version: 1.32-1 Severity: wishlist Hi,
the option ignore-nice-load for cpufreq (as found in devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/ondemand/ignore_nice_load) seems to get re-set everytime the governor is changed. So it needs to be set to the desired value by whatever changes the governor – in my case, laptop-mode. I’d like to something like this in /etc/laptop-mode/laptop-mode.conf: === snip === # For those governors who support the ignore-nice-load option (which # does not take processes into account that have been niced), set the # desired setting here. For other governors this option has no effect. # Legal values: 1 or 0 BATT_CPU_IGNORE_NICE_LOAD=1 LM_AC_CPU_IGNORE_NICE_LOAD=1 NOLM_AC_CPU_IGNORE_NICE_LOAD=1 === snip === Thanks a lot, Joachim -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18.otto Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages laptop-mode-tools depends on: ii lsb-base 3.1-23.1 Linux Standard Base 3.1 init scrip Versions of packages laptop-mode-tools recommends: ii acpid 1.0.4-7 Utilities for using ACPI power man ii hdparm 6.9-2 tune hard disk parameters for high pn sdparm <none> (no description available) -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
