I think we probably want to try

distribution-arch-sbuild
distribution-sbuild
distribution-arch
distribution

in that order.  Distribution could be specified with "-d" as normal,
and we can add a separate --arch= command-line option to specify the
arch (which will default to the host arch).  You could probably also
use "-d distribution-arch" right now; did you try that?

Does that sound acceptable?
