Yes.
The description "Ogg audio" is used for both application/ogg and
application/x-ogg in gnome-vfs.keys.in in the source and from there on via
po/*.po into the binary package's /usr/share/locale/*/gnome-mime-data.mo and
/usr/share/mime-info/gnome-vfs.keys .
