I am submitting this as a bug against the Oolite package in Debian. Will reply to that bug. Giles, I odn't know if you answered already to this problem, so I have CC-ed again. - -------- Original Message -------- Subject: Oolite on debian testing v 1.65-5 savegame problem Date: Sun, 25 Mar 2007 15:26:10 +0200 (CEST) From: Piotr Biernat <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: [email protected], <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Hello, I got that nasty problem with savegames on Oolite. After spending some time on playing it i tried to save my progress. Unfortunately, instead of saving (or restoring) the game, oolite complains something about DTD from apple.com page and refuses to parse XML for save/load (all oolite saves are xml files...). Additionaly, oolite fails to save/load and resets itself into 'strict gameplay' mode instead of saving (and resets back from that mode if i try to load the game... and then loads the game...) I can send you my files that make the problem visible and logs from console (oolite talks much about details on console) if you tell me where and in what format you prefer binary data delivery.
