A lot of program have sockets , caches in /tmp ... rm -Rf ing it
at runtime would break most programs .
As far as i am silled rcS is the only safe stage for that.

However it is a feature request. Though the feature was there and
is now broke. The best i could see is removing the code that does
the cleanup if it is not patched.

This is not only a warning . The cleanup does not happens after
it.

Well i don't really care for my own i have /tmp on its own partition
 so it won't eat too much of my cheap disk space ...
