Package: hpoj
Version: 0.91-4
Severity: important

Hello,

I wasn't able to get an HP OfficeJet 635 (colour ink, plus scan
function) to be detected on my parallel port although the port settings
0x378, 0x778, and ECP+EPP mode 1.9 (taken from dmesg + BIOS) were
detected correctly. All I get is "No device found". Running the commands
manually didn't result in any better progress. Printing to it using the
Deskjet 630 driver in magicfilter, together with lprng, works ok,
though. Scanning also works ok if I use Windows... which I don't want
to.

Best,
