I've checked both these values and they're set to 0.

Given all the reading I've done, I'm getting the feeling that this issue is likely to lie elsewhere.

As a suggestion, you may like to close this bug, and I'll only open another one if determine the root of the problem is with this package, which I'm starting to get the feeling it's not.

I apologise if I've wasted your time.
