Could this or one of the related bugs be reassigned to iceweasel so it's easier to find? I only found it indirectly, via #408139, which on its face is a bit different (though I think it's the same underlying problem).
The behavior I would expect and hope for is that when one invokes iceweasel it looks for running iceweasel's *by the same user on the same system*. Operating under su is a corner case; my vote would be that "user" in that case refers to the user su'd to. There is now the --no-remote option to start a new instance, but this is fairly crude. A lot of the discussion on these bugs centers on the fact that starting a new instance is not safe (or maybe even possible?) if there is already a running instance for the current user and machine. I'd appreciate cc's on followup, since the bug subscription system is not working reliably. Ross Boylan -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
