Package: rtorrent
Version: 0.7.1-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

sometimes when I remove a download tied to a file the download comes
back again starting to rehash the file. What I think happens is that
the function adding new torrents gets called between the download
getting removed and the tied file getting deleted, so it thinks this
is a new torrent.
