I am doing the final tests for this, and if no further problems appear I
will upload this support soon, including all the required stuff. Entries in
sqspell.php will look like

'deutsch (New German 8 bit)' => 'ispell -a  -w ÄÖÜäößü -T latin1 -C -d ngerman'
