Start clean, means delete ~/.config/MonoDevelop and start MonoDevelop, describe what you do inside monodevelop, how you quit it and what you do to let it crash. Else we have no chance to spot this bug and finally fix it, upstream fixed several things already in this area, that's why I closed it for the 0.13.1 upload.
