Package: iceape-browser Version: 1.0.8-4 Severity: important As root I managed to install a new language package (german) globally by using the automatic software installation for SeaMonkey 1.08. Thereby, I explicitly used 'umask 0022' to get read access for other users. The installation was started from http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/releases/1.0.8.html
While the globally installed language package works fine for root, this is not so for the other users.
