Package: avahi-daemon Version: 0.6.16-3etch1 Severity: important It seems at avahi-daemon /var/run/avahi-daemon directory permissions are too restrictive 0700. So normal user can't solve addresees via getent hosts host.local because he/she can't connect socket. Example kongueror show services, but can't connect them. I change directory permissions to 755 and now konqueror can connect services. Socket and pid permissions are right.
