Actually, this is the short description that's incorrect. It was already spotted by other translators and I correct it manually for each received translation. It should be "Database administrative user for MediaWiki 1.5:". *This*, I can fix in translations without asking translators. About the other errors you mention (double spaces), they ahve also been spotted and I also correct them and unfuzzy translations as they're coming in the BTS.
