I think the right thing to do is for me to update gcpegg to rename the basket binary and man page it provides to gcpbasket. This binary is probably not used by any of the gcpegg package users, so there should be minimal impact of making this change. I'll reassign this to just gcpegg (hoping I'm using the right syntax to do that) and fix it on the next upload if there's no objection in the meantime.
