Package: texinfo Version: 4.8.dfsg.1-4 Severity: normal Hi,
I think texinfo (in particular texi2dvi and texi2pdf) don't respect /etc/papersize, which in my case is set to a4. When generating pdf output, with no other configuration, this causes a letter-paper document to be generated; when generating postscript through texi2dvi and dvips, the resulting postscript file is a4 size, but the typesetting has been performed (by texi2dvi) assuming letter paper.
