The authentication section referencing Yahoo! in particular is outdated. The config file '/etc/exim4/passwd.client' should be referenced, and it should be mentioned that AUTH_CLIENT_ALLOW_NOTLS_PASSWORDS=1 should be included in the file 'exim4.conf.template' to get Yahoo authentication to work because it doesn't seem to support TLS (as of this writing).
