Hi: I am having a similar problem on my thecus n2100 ARM box. It has a limited amount of memory.
installed munin ~19:00 graphs missing in results first lock exists mail (graph) at 19:40 every 5 mins until 20:15 kill a running munin-graph, rm the lock file no mail for 20,25 yet... no graphs either. load on machine is high, munin-graph instance running 6m+ mail for 30,25,no 20 munin process still alive 27397 munin 35 10 227m 224m 220m R 98.2 180.2 12:00.46 munin-graph 180% memory?! 27397 munin 35 10 774m 224m 220m R 98.4 180.2 18:32.26 munin-graph So I guess the munin-graph process needs to do more work than my thecus can achieve in the 5 minute interval.
