This is still broken. Someone more data: I use Fluxbox, and as it turns out, my habit is to place Sylpheed in Workspace #1 and Firefox in Workspace #2. If both Sylpheed and Firefox (started from the xcin terminal) are in the same Workspace, I can use xcin to enter Chinese in both apps no problem. But move one of the apps to a different Workspace, and xcin's little blue popup entry window will not come up in the other Workspace. It will only work in the first Workspace in which it was used. This broke at the time I originally created this bug report.
