tags 337863 patch
thanks
Hi Tom,
This bug has been open for a year and a half, and a patch has been available
for about two months with no upload, so I'm going ahead with a porter NMU to
fix this build failure on alpha. The final, confirmed-working diff is
attached; please forward it for inclusion upstream.
The NMU will be uploaded to incoming shortly.
Thanks,

Steve Langasek Give me a lever long enough and a Free OS
Debian Developer to set it on, and I can move the world.

P.S. -- you or upstream may want to look at improving the 'distclean'
target, which leaves around a lot of cruft under the samples/ directory and
prevents rebuilding a package twice from the same tree without generating a
large diff.
