As far as I (the upstream author) am aware, this version is rock
solid. If you look at the upstream Darcs tree for Polipo, you'll
notice that there are only some minor tweaks, no bug fixes, posterior
to 1.0.0.
1.0 has a number of significant improvements over 0.9. I strongly
recommend uploading 1.0 to Debian.
