i've checked uhci_hcd and it's not loaded in the first place.
so it's not loading it after a resume.
i also attaching the log file.

Could you send me the /var/log/suspend2disk.log file.
Maybe uhci_hcd is not correctly loaded upon resume. Could you check that.
