Thanks for the review.  I skimmed over the patch and my general impression
is that the texts are much improved now.

I have a question though: I am probably missing something but in the file
attached to the bug report there are two patches for each of
debian/templates and debian/control.  Even more bizarre, the two patches for
debian/control are not the same (see below).  What should we do?  Choose
the one we like more?
