Hi, Several months ago, you reported a bug to the Debian BTS regarding the X server freezing the machine at startup on a MGA board on a powerpc box. Florian Ernst said the problem got fixed for him with driver 1:1.4.4.dfsg.1-1. Did you reproduce this problem recently? With Xorg/Etch? If not, I will close this bug in the next weeks.
