I don't know why it doesn't fail on amd64 - is texlive-metapost installed? According to the build log, feynmf declares: Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 4.0.0) Build-Depends-Indep: perl, tex-common (>= 0.16), tetex-bin, tetex-extra This needs to be replaced with the proper texlive packages.
